This 1¾-storey wood frame and stucco, Dutch Colonial Revival-style house is on Belmont Avenue in West Kildonan (now part of Winnipeg). Measuring 22 feet by 26 feet, it was built in 1913 for owner Alfred Goode. He was a superintendent at the Frid-Lewis Construction Company.

At the time of a 2024 and 2025 site visits, the house was relatively unmodified from its original appearance.
