Historic Sites of Manitoba: Glen Avon Apartments (464 Spence Street, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick and stone block on Spence Street in Winnipeg, measuring 46 feet by 80 feet, was designed by local architect William Fingland and built in 1912 by the construction firm of Frid-Lewis at a cost of about $30,000. The building contained 14 apartments in its original configuration.
