Historic Sites of Manitoba: Fultz House (63 McAdam Avenue, Winnipeg)

This one-storey wood frame and stucco house on at the northeast corner of McAdam Avenue and St. Cross Street in Winnipeg, measuring 26 feet by 30 feet, was built in 1928 by the Dominion Construction Company at a cost of about $3,500, for owner Chester Lordly Fultz, a teacher at Aberdeen School.

At the time of a 2025 site visit, the house was relatively unmodified from its original appearance.
