Historic Sites of Manitoba: Fraser House (422 Twelfth Street, Brandon)

The first occupant of this two-storey brick residence on Twelfth Street in Brandon, built sometime before 1906, was dry-goods merchant Alexander Cumming Fraser. The original front verandah, which once extended across the façade, has since been removed and replaced with an entrance that is out of character with the building’s overall design.
