This three-storey brick block on Spence Street in Winnipeg was designed by local architect Charles Saunders Bridgman and built in 1929 by Lindal Josafat Hallgrimson at a cost of about $100,000. The 60 feet by 120 feet structure contains 29 apartments in its original configuration. It contains 32 apartments today.
