This 2½-storey wood frame and wood shingle siding, American Foursquare-style house is on Inkster Boulevard in Winnipeg. Measuring 24 feet by 28 feet, and 6 feet by 9 feet, it was built in 1914 by owners/contractors Albert Peter Cooper and James Palmer at a cost of about $4,000. They sold it to Mrs. Florence Cranwill, a widower.
Subcontractors included: Josie & McLeod Limited (plumbing).
At the time of a 2026 site visit, the house was slightly modified from its original appearance.
