Historic Sites of Manitoba: Clinton Apartments (185 Vaughan Street, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Vaughan Street in Winnipeg was designed by local architect James William Hawker and built in 1928 by John Harold Wiltse at a cost of about $65,000. The 114 foot by 48 foot building contained 29 apartments in its original configuration. It has 31 apartments now.
