This 2½-storey dark red-brown brick and stucco house on Wellington Crescent, in the Crescentwood area of Winnipeg, measuring 28 feet by 48 feet, was designed by local architect William Fingland. It was built in 1928 by contractor Edward Russell at a cost of about $18,000, for owner Hector Halbertram Bradburn, a businessman.
At the time of a 2023 site visit, the house was relatively unmodified from its original appearance.
