This 1½-storey wood frame and stucco house at the southeast corner of Inkster Boulevard and Salter Street in Winnipeg, measuring 24 feet by 36 feet, was built in 1929 at a cost of about $4,000, for owner Alec H. Bodanis, an accountant at the City Lumber and Fuel Company.
At the time of a 2025 site visit, the house was slightly modified from its original appearance.
