This 2½-storey wood frame, Prairie Influenced American Foursquare-style house on Inkster Boulevard in Winnipeg, measuring 22 feet by 26 feet, and 10 feet by 12 feet, was designed and built in 1914 by owner/contractor James H. Berry at a cost of about $3,000. Subcontractors included Thomas N. Dick and Robert Taylor (plumbing).
At the time of a 2025 site visit, the house was slightly modified from its original appearance with its exterior covered with vinyl siding.
