Hugh GrantEconomist, historian. He is Professor of Economics at the University of Winnipeg. He received his PhD in Economics from the University of Toronto. His interest in Canadian economic history includes the fur trade and the petroleum industry. He is currently working on a biography of Canadian economist W. A. Mackintosh.
