Manitoba Communities: Pine Falls (Unincorporated Town)

This community was established in the mid-1920s when a paper mill was built nearby on the banks of the Winnipeg River. Named for waterfalls about two miles upriver, it was a planned community whose physical plant was maintained by the paper company.
