Historic Sites of Manitoba: Paget House (736 Jessie Avenue, Winnipeg)

This 2½-storey wood frame, Dutch Colonial Revival-style house is on Jessie Avenue in Winnipeg. Measuring 22 feet by 34 feet, it was designed by architect David Wynyard Bellhouse and built in 1909 by contractor H. McKinney at a cost of about $3,600, for owner Arthur Evelyn Manners Paget (1881-1913). He was an accountant and auditor.

At the time of a 2026 site visit, the house was relatively unmodified from its original appearance but was weathered.
