Elliot is Associate Clerk of Executive Council for Legislative and Regulatory Affairs for the Manitoba Government. In this role, he coordinates the regulatory development and consultation process across government and serves as Secretary to the Regulatory Accountability Cabinet Committee.
Prior to joining government, he served as the voice of 4,800 small and medium sized businesses at the Manitoba Director of the Canadian Federation of Independent Business. He also taught business-government relations at the I. H. Asper School of Business.
Elliot holds a Masters of Public Policy from the University of Michigan’s Ford School of Public Policy, a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba and was a Loran Scholar.
