Formerly Mayor of Winnipeg, and a member of the Ontario Provincial Legislature for Toronto Centre, Glen has an extensive career in public service. He has served as minister in a number of provincial portfolios including Minister of Research and Innovation and later Training, Colleges and Universities, as well as Transportation and Minister of Infrastructure, then Environment and Climate Change. He has also been Executive Director of the Pembina Institute. Presently Glen is a candidate to become national leader of the Green Party of Canada.
