This two-storey brick building on Railway Street in Pilot Mound, in the Municipality of Louise, measuring 50 feet by 65 feet, was built in 1905 by hardware merchant James Winram (1860-1933). In its original configuration, the building contained two retail spaces on the main floor, one of which was occupied by Winram Hardware and Implement Store. The second floor contained residential apartments.
At the time of an April 2025 site visit, the building was vacant. It was demolished in June 2025.
