Established in 1950, this synagogue originated as an 18-by-24-foot log building relocated from the Beausejour area to the corner of Hazel Avenue and Grove Street in Winnipeg Beach. Used for Orthodox Jewish services during the summer, it was moved in 1998 to nearby Camp Massad, a summer camp for Jewish youth.
In 2007, services became egalitarian and, three years later, a 16-by-18-foot addition was built by volunteers. Features include a wheelchair ramp, outdoor privy, air conditioning, and sound system. The synagogue continues to operate seasonally and marks its 75th anniversary in 2025. It is the only synagogue in Manitoba operating outside of Winnipeg.
