Historic Sites of Manitoba: Winkler Pioneers Monument (Sixth Street, Winkler)

This monument in Betel Heritage Park in Winkler, erected by the Winkler Heritage Society on 10 August 2006, commemorates the families and others of Germanic origin who came to Canada during the late 1800s until 1914 who settled in and around Winkler. A list of names of these early pioneers is given on the monument.
