As part of the Winkler Heritage Society, the Winkler Heritage Archives serves the City of Winkler and surrounding region by protecting information and archival media for establishing, maintaining, and developing community identities. Holdings include documents, journals, wills, and records; photographs and paintings; maps, books, history magazines and yearbooks.
Once housed in the Winkler library, in November 2025 the archives has been relocated to the Winkler Arts and Culture Centre on Park Street.
