This 1¾-storey wood frame and wood shingle siding, Craftsman-style house on Cathedral Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 22 feet by 24 feet, and 9 feet by 9 feet, was built in 1914 by day labour at a cost of about $3,000, for owner John W. Wilkinson. He was the co-owner of the Campbell & Wilkinson Grocery Store on Notre Dame Avenue.
At the time of a 2026 site visit, the house was relatively unmodified from its original appearance.
