Historic Sites of Manitoba: Uno Store and Post Office (Municipality of Prairie View)

A metal sign in the Municipality of Prairie View marks the location of the Uno Store and Post Office, which operated here along the line of the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway from 1911 to 1970. The name was chosen by railway officials to follow an alphabetical sequence of place names.
