Historic Sites of Manitoba: Ukrainian Pioneer Women Monument (Main Street South, Dauphin)

A bronze sculpture on Main Street South in Dauphin, by Alberta sculptors Shirley and Don Begg, was unveiled here on 29 July 2016. It commemorates Ukrainian women who contributed to the rich Ukrainian heritage and culture that developed in this region in the early 20th century.
