Historic Sites of Manitoba: Valour Road Curling Club / Thistle Curling Club (280 Burnell Street, Winnipeg)

In 1948, this brick building on Burnell Street in Winnipeg became home to the Valour Road Curling Club. In 2007, the club merged with the Thistle Curling Club, founded in 1887, and whose building was destroyed by a fire in 2006. The club continues to operate under the latter name.
