Historic Sites of Manitoba: St. James Court / Hague Apartments (875 Westminster Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Westminster Avenue in Winnipeg was designed and built in 1910 by John Christie Hicks. The 82 feet by 31 feet structure had two retail shops on the street level and four residential apartments on the upper floors. Known originally as the St. James Court, it was renamed Hague Apartments in 1929.
