Historic Sites of Manitoba: Sterling Apartments (573 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg)

This three-storey, brick block on Sherbrook Street in Winnipeg, measuring 49 feet by 117 feet, was built in 1930 by owner Sigurdur Arnasson Sigurdson at a cost of about $100,000. The block contained 30 apartments in its original configuration. It contains 31 apartments today.
