Historic Sites of Manitoba: Alf’s Garage / Sid’s Garage (135 Main Street, Carberry)

This one-storey building in Carberry was constructed in 1949 as a service station for proprietor Alfred B. “Alf” Lounsbury. He operated the business for 33 years until selling it to Sid Parker. Now a municipally-designated heritage site, it houses an antiques store.
