Formerly located on King Street in Winnipeg, a one-storey brick building, measuring 27 feet by 44 feet, was designed by local architects James Chisholm and Colin Campbell Chisholm. It was built in 1913 by contractor Arthur John Bonnett at a cost of about $2,600, as a stable for up to 10 horses for the B. Shragge Iron and Metal Company, owned by Bernhard Shragge. Eventually, trucks replaced horses.
The building was later bought by Orloff Metals Limited. It has been demolished and no vestige of it remains today.
