Historic Sites of Manitoba: Sandell Cottage (164 Prospect Street, Winnipeg Beach)

This residential cottage on Prospect Street in Winnipeg Beach was built around 1908 by contractor Sinclair Balsor Ritchie. Its shallow pyramidal roof and intact interior details are characteristic of Manitoba cottages from the early 20th century.
