Historic Sites of Manitoba: Royal Oak Court (277 River Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick residential apartment block on River Avenue in Winnipeg was constructed in 1928 by J. Gunn and Sons. The 50 foot by 120 foot structure contained 29 apartments in its original configuration.
