Historic Sites of Manitoba: Royal Crest Apartments (271 Wellington Crescent, Winnipeg)

This three-storey block on Wellington Crescent in Winnipeg was constructed in 1930 by contractor Metusalem Jonsson Thorarinson at a cost of about $150,000. The 60 feet by 228 feet structure contained 40 apartments in its original configuration.
