Historic Sites of Manitoba: Old Colony Mennonite Church / Blumenort Mennonite Church (Rosetown, Municipality of Rhineland)

This wooden building at Rosetown (known originally as Blumenort), in the Rural Municipality of Rhineland, was constructed in 1880 as an Old Colony Mennonite Church. When the Old Colony Mennonites moved to Mexico, the church was used for the Blumenort Mennonite Church until 1957 when they built a new church at another site. It is presently used for storage at its original site.
