Historic Sites of Manitoba: Roseau River Park Commemorative Monument (Municipality of Emerson-Franklin)

A monument alongside the Roseau River in the Municipality of Emerson-Franklin was erected in 1969 to commemorate a donation by Philip Henry Pott (1895-1983) and Ada Viola Larson Pott (1906-1998) of their property on NW 35-2-5E to form Roseau River Park.
