Historic Sites of Manitoba: Rosa-Linda Apartments (59 Evanson Street, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Evanson Street in the Wolseley area of Winnipeg, measuring 76 feet by 31 feet, was designed and built in 1913 by local architect Peter Cornelius Samwell at a cost of about $40,000. The building contained 13 apartments in its original configuration. It has 14 apartments today.
