Historic Sites of Manitoba: Rideau Hall (85 Kennedy Street, Winnipeg)

This three-storey residential apartment block on Kennedy Street in Winnipeg was designed and constructed in 1905 by William Wardell Cross for owner Mrs. C. Fisher at a cost of $20,000. The 48 by 45 foot building contained seven apartments.
