Historic Sites of Manitoba: Rembrandt School No. 1570 (RM of Armstrong)

The Rembrandt School District was established formally in March 1911 and a one-room schoolhouse operated at SW11-21-2E in the Rural Municipality of Armstrong. The district was dissolved in 1966 and its catchment area became part of the Arborg Consolidated School District and later the Evergreen School Division. The former school building was later used as a community hall. It appears to be vacant at the time of a mid-2016 site visit.

Among the teachers of Rembrandt School was Agnes Ellen Martin.
