Historic Sites of Manitoba: Prendergast House (209 Dumoulin Street, Winnipeg)

This two-storey building on Dumoulin Street in Winnipeg was built around 1895, allegedly as a portion of the St. Louis Hotel on Tache Avenue. Around 1920, half of the hotel was moved to this site, put on a concrete foundation, covered in insulbrick, and converted into a private residence for J. E. P. Prendergast and his family.
