This 1½-storey brown brick, Arts and Crafts-style house on Rupertsland Boulevard in West Kildonan (now part of Winnipeg), measuring 28 feet by 36 feet, was built in 1930 by owner/contractor Grenville Johnstone Partrick (1904-1975). He later worked in the Baggage Department at the Canadian Pacific Railway.
At the time of a 2025 site visit, the house was relatively unmodified from its original appearance.
