Formerly located at the southeast corner of Burrows Avenue and Parr Street in Winnipeg, a one-storey brick and stucco building, measuring 32 feet by 40 feet, was designed and built in 1914 by carpenter Clement Ostryrowiez at a cost of about $2,500. Its owner was K. Ostryrowiez who used it as a neighbourhood grocery store with a residence for his family in the rear.
Later known as Anna's Grocery operated by grocer Roman Tryuda, the building was demolished sometime between 2002 and 2004. The site sat vacant until 2018 when a new residential building was built.
