This 2½-storey wood frame and wood shingle siding, Queen Anne-style house at the southeast corner of Austin Street North and Lisgar Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 24 feet by 24, and 10 feet by 10 feet, was designed by local architect Samuel Hooper and built in 1904 by owner/contractor James W. O'Neil at a cost of about $2,500.
At the time of a 2026 site visit, the building was extensively renovated from its original appearance with all of its exterior details having been removed. It has been converted into a duplex.
