Historic Sites of Manitoba: O'Connor House (159 Seven Oaks Avenue, Winnipeg)

This one-storey red brick and half wood plank siding house on Seven Oaks Avenue in West Kildonan (now part of Winnipeg), measuring 30 feet by 45 feet, was built in 1928 for owner/electric radio salesman, John E. O’Connor.

At the time of a 2025 site visit, the house appeared to be relatively unmodified from its original appearance.
