Historic Sites of Manitoba: Mulvey Apartments (635 Mulvey Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Mulvey Avenue in Winnipeg was designed and built in 1912 by S. A. Sigurdson and Company at a cost of about $40,000. The 90 feet by 46 feet building contained 20 apartments in its original configuration. It contains 22 apartments today.
