A monument on the Miami Fairgrounds in the Rural Municipality of Thompson was presented in 2007 by Minister of Agriculture Rosann Harapiak Wowchuk and Premier Gary Albert Doer to the Miami Agricultural Society to recognize 100 years of community service.
