Historic Sites of Manitoba: Melbourne Apartments (133 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg)
This three-storey brick apartment block on Sherbrook Street in Winnipeg was designed by local architect Daniel Smith and constructed in 1910 by owner A. J. Greeves at a cost of $15,000. The 75 by 33 foot building contained ten apartments.
