Historic Sites of Manitoba: McQuaker Duplex (227 Austin Street North, Winnipeg)

This two-storey wood frame duplex residence on Austin Street in Winnipeg was built around 1905. Early owners included bookkeeper William McQuaker (1907), Hester Helman (1908), Esther Helman (1916-1921), Max Stricher (1930s), and Panko Kozij (1941 to 1980s).
