This 2½-storey wood frame and stucco, Edwardian Classicism-style house on Stradbrook Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 37 feet by 38.6 feet, was designed by local architect Charles Saunders Bridgman and built in 1906 by Blow Brothers at a cost of about $8,000 for owner Robert McKay. He was a financial broker at the firm of Allan Killam and McKay.
The building was demolished in 2020 to make way for high-density residential development.
