Historic Sites of Manitoba: Mayfair Block (135 Mayfair Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick and concrete building on Mayfair Avenue in Winnipeg was designed and built in 1910 by owner George Stirrett at a cost of $50,000. The 40 foot by 104 foot building contained 14 residential apartments.
