Historic Sites of Manitoba: Levin House (151 Matheson Avenue East, Winnipeg)

This one-storey wood frame, full timbered and stucco house on Matheson Avenue East in Winnipeg, measuring 32 feet by 40 feet, was built in 1940 by contractor Louis Slawsky at a cost of about $5,000. Its owner was Srail B. Levin, President of the City Lumber and Fuel Company.

At the time of a 2026 site visit, the house was relatively unmodified from its original appearance.
