Historic Sites of Manitoba: Kent Hotel (Foxwarren, Municipality of Prairie View)

This two-storey wood frame building on the outskirts of Foxwarren, in the Municipality of Prairie View, was constructed by Gus and Annette Rennie and opened to the public on 8 October 1941. Subsequent owners included Steve Kalyn (1948-1951), John Jarenowich (1951-1954), Mike and Stella Sobkow (1954-1961), Allan Evelyn Rogowski (1961-1964), and Michael and Elsie Parobec (1964-?).
