Historic Sites of Manitoba: Karlston Apartments (535 Victor Street, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Victor Street in Winnipeg, measuring 76 feet by 46 feet, was designed by G. Olafson and built in 1914 by Sveinn Brynjolfsson at a cost of about $35,000. The building contained 14 apartments in its original configuration.
