Historic Sites of Manitoba: Hecla Island Conservation Monument (Hecla Island, Hecla-Grindstone Provincial Park)

This monument along a walking trail on Hecla Island, in the Hecla-Grindstone Provincial Park, was unveiled by Ducks Unlimited Canada on 18 June 1999. It commemorates employees of the organization who have donated financially to its wetland conservation projects. A plaque on the monument lists the names of those employees.
